Sports Massage with Olympic cyclist Jenny McCauley!
Jenny is one of Irelands top female cyclists. She competed at the Olympic Games in Athens 2004 in mountain biking, and has represented her country internationally at world cup and world championship level. Jenny was ranked 16th overall in the world mountain bike rankings at the end of the 2005 mountain bike season, and finished 6th overall in the Mountain Bike Marathon World Cup in 2005.
Jenny holds ITEC diplomas in Swedish and sports massage, as well as reflexology and aromatherapy, and has over 12 years experience. She has worked as masseur with the Irish National Cycling Team on numerous races at home and abroad, top teams in the FBD Ras, and has Irelands top cyclists and triathletes as some of her regular clients. Over the years Jenny has dealt with numerous clients injuries and has vast experience with getting athletes back to full health.

Training Consultations
Get a consultation on any aspect of your training or racing.
This is a one and a half hour meeting where we will discuss any area of your training or racing and come up with a plan of how to go about improving it. You'll go away with a written plan of structured training to carry you through the next 6-8weeks.
This is ideal for athletes who feel they need help with their training plans but who don't feel they need to sign up for monthly training programs
Typical events in the past included:
Triathlon specific training from Sprint distance to Ironman
Duathlon training and racing
Running a Marathon
Cycling - Stage Races, National Championships, L’Étape du Tour, La Marmotte, and various other cyclosportive events. TransRockies (MTB)

A one to one session provides you with the opportunity to get advice on your current training, demonstrations of different types of training and also the time to answer any questions you may have.

- Initial face to face consult 90 minutes(approx) to discuss the following

• overall year plan for an overview of the planned training and events in broad strokes

- Production and delivery of monthly training plans (weekly updates to plan if necessary)
- Unlimited email interaction
- One phone consultations per week
Triathlete training plans are a little dearer than cyclists as they require a significant amount of additional time and coaching.
A minimum three month commitment must be given
